Before Jesus died, he gathered His disciples together for a meal we call "The Last Supper." During this meal he gave them bread to eat and He said that the bread was His body. Then, he gave them wine to drink and He said it was His blood.

What he meant by this was that he was going to die soon. And, after he is gone, we are to always think of Him, especially when we gather for "Communion."
